Adam Smith has spent more than three decades working across global financial markets — advising retail investors, high net worth clients, wholesale counterparties and institutional partners. His career spans trading, product development, risk management and executive leadership, giving him a rare perspective across every layer of the market.
In the late 1990s, Adam was part of the team at Macquarie Bank that pioneered structured financial products in Australia — one of the most formative periods in the development of the country's capital markets. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how innovation in financial products can change what is possible for investors when the tools are made accessible.
Adam has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and a postgraduate Masters degree in Finance from UTS Sydney where he majored in quantitative finance and derivative pricing.
